My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was fantastic, very central to Nagoya mall and Bcs, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and accommodating while others seemed a bit distant. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some good moments and some disappointing ones. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown - small, plain, and lacking soundproofing.

The hotel staff are very helpful, going above and beyond by even arranging my return ferry without being prompted. The location is excellent, conveniently near the Nagoya Hill shopping arcade, BCS shopping center, and weekend market. Dining options are delicious, and there's a karaoke spot within the hotel. Overall, a good value for a 3-star hotel.
